What are the installation charger ??
Guyz beware of this Hathway company, they are the biggest fraud on the face of this earth. They collect your money and would never give you prompt services.
They will cheat you and wont even hesitate to lie to you.
Thier customer service is a bunch of Anpadh gawar who dont really do anything other than giving false assurance of how soon the services will be restored.
Hathway is very very unprofessional and does not care for customer satisfaction.
My connection was down for more than 7 days and the customer service had no idea of why it was down.
I later found out that there was some issue between Hathway and my local operator and due to thier internal issue all of thier customers suffer.
It later restored the services, and after a few days I requested them to shift my existing connection from one building to another however due to thier internal issues between hathway and local operator they were unable to do anything. The local operator asks me to go to hathway and hathway says local operator needs to co operate.
My connection was down almost a week but nobody cared.
I have paid three months advance and they are likely to not refund.
Out of one months connection it was down for 1week and 1 week was down bcoz I shifted.
I had been to the nearest hathway office and they now say that they will refund, which m not really sure off.
Please Guyz. dont ever fall prey of these hathway company. Better go for some reputed company,it might cost more but you will have peace of mind.
